The PillerseeTal – a paradise for cross-country skiing and biathlon
For all those who are seeking fun „off-piste“, there are 100 km of perfectly maintained cross-country ski-runs for both, classic skiers and skaters. Close to the hotel there is the bus stop for the free bus providing a regular connection to the nearby skiing resort (approx. 5 minutes by car) or to the cross-country centre (approx. 15 minutes by car). The stop of the Regiobus Pillerseetal (bus free of charge taking you straight through the whole valley) is within spitting distance.
Tobogganing
There are 4 toboggan runs, one tube-bobsled run and one “Zipfelbob” run which tempt to have a racy slide. During the day, tobogganing already is great fun, but in the evening it provides an even greater attraction. All of the tobogganing runs in the PillerseeTal are well lit and can be used in the evenings.
