The ****cuisine which the residents of the hotel can enjoy in one of the three „Zirbenstuben“ (parlours panelled in arolla pine wood) which have been arranged with great attention to detail is a particular strength of the Metzgerwirt so that also non-residents come to have a nice evening nearby the fireplace.
For the quality of meals and drinks, the „Metzgerwirt“ has received a reward from “Besser Essen und Reisen” (“Superior Eating and Travelling”)!
All our meals are freshly prepared, and we exclusively use products of high quality and regional products. You won’t find any convenience products in our kitchen, and we decorate every single dish with devotion.
Our extensive and varied menu offers many national and international dishes – an additional menu with many stone-baked pizze – as well as a wide choice of desserts and ice creams!
